Shipping information & FAQ

YES WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!!

 

 No need to worry, we are not new here! We have been around since 2008, and we have enough experience shipping worldwide, we want your shipment to arrive in your hands fast and safe, in order to do it so we need to discuss some important facts about it, please take a look at the information below:

Our world is changing, and most of the countries are getting more protective with their local markets, that´s why some countries are getting stricter with IMPORT DUTIES

Right now, in 2025 some regions like Europe, U.K. Canada, among others are requiring VAT collections in order to deliver international income packages. That´s why we encourage you to review your own country's border and import policies prior to place an order to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

U.S. retail customers DO NOT NEED TO worry since we ship most of the packages directly from California.


* Please beware: we do not collect any import duties to any region, so it´s important that you are aware of your local policies since each country has it´s own laws regarding this matter, also, please know that YOU, as the customer, will be responsible for any import duties if applicable prior to delivery. We do however mark all retail purchases as "gift" in the customs declaration forms to try and avoid these fees to be applied to you, but it doesn't always work.

* Leaving a package in customs that is requesting import duties ITS NOT AN OPTION, failure to comply with this, will result in the package being returned to us in most of the cases and IT MAY INCUR IN EXTRA IMPORT + SHIPMENT RETURNS FEES + SALES CANCELATION.

* Actual shipping cost do not include insurance, but it can be added as an extra option with a 3% fee of the total worth of products. Take in mind our service and the parcel selection we offer, as it is, very safe and we are used to ship to the most remote areas in the world without issues, however if anything comes up we will gladly assist you without delay witin the realms of our possibility.

* Please take in mind we cannot CANCEL or REFUND  any purchase that´s already out of our facilities, meaning that its already in transit or at the shipping currier or customs' hands.

 * Any unclaimed/returned packages will strictly need to get back to us in order to review any issue or problem regarding this matter.

* Packages that are rejected because "no longer wanted" "wrong addresses" or that customs fees were not payed properly and sent back to us definitely will be deducted with a 20% of the products cost.

* In any of the cases whatever the situation SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, unless of course we have committed a mistake ourselves.

* Customer is responsible to follow and track its package, we take responsibility to provide your tracking number in time so you can be aware the status of your shipment. Again, this is NOT our responsibility, but yours.

* Once the order is placed there is a 12% restock fee for cancellations returned packages or else without exceptions, again of course if we commit a mistake we will take full responsibility for it.

*You need a prior authorization to do a return , please get in touch if you need to.

::EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES::

We offer these courier services, please check the estimated delivery times for your region. All our shipping services are fast and safe and all of them includes a valid tracking number.

Our rates are calculated by weight-volume so make sure you take advantage of the price you are paying, it could be that you can add something extra still for the shipping price you are paying.

Holiday Seasons might get pretty rough at times,  so please be patient, we are working our asses off! :)

USPS* Shipped directly from California, USA. (it might require from 1-3 extra days from marked as shipped to be updated in the USPS system while we handle the package to USPS, we also might require the use of third parties companies to do so, drop offs are scheduled for every Wednesday after the label was created).

F.A.Q.SECTION

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Login in our website using the user and password used to create your account with us. Go to "Customer Service", log in to your Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click on the date of the order which status you wish to view.

 

Q: Where can I track my order?
A: That will depend on the carrier requested at checkout. Once the package is shipped we provide the tracking number in each order so you can track your package.

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Q: Do you ship to my Country?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.


Q: I haven't received my package, what can I do?
A1: If you don´t have your tracking number log in to your account and check your order's status find the assigned tracking number. If you checked out without subscribing to our website, please send an e-mail to: sales-nuclearwaste@hotmail.com, providing your invoice or confirmation number in order for us to check the status of your purchase

Q: What if my item is out of stock?
A: You will be notified via our portal (site) with a message, we will go ahead and backorder your item as soon as we notice it's out of stock and it will ship as soon as available in store. Please make sure to add us to your contacts so you don't send us to your spam/junk folder and miss this.


Q: Do you do wholesale?

Q: I have a band and need custom printed t-shirts or patches can you do it?
A: Yes, we have our own screen printing shop where we provide high quality prints at very affordable prices. We print with the latest silkscreen techniques. Contact us for details amenucleardistri@hotmail.com.


Q: What brand are the t-shirts?
A: Most are Yazbek or Gildan 100% cotton medium weight.
